Tweet Cute, A Contemporary Romance by Emma Lord

Tweet Cute is such a cute story about two teenagers Jack and Pepper. They are on the opposite ends of a Twitter war between the Businesses owned by their families. They happen to be calling all the shots on it too, but are completely oblivious to who is on the other end of it.
Which wouldn’t be weird if they didn’t go to the same school!!!!
And wait that’s not where it ends. They are also chatting on an anonymous chat tool developed by our protagonist Jack himself. Again, completely unaware that it’s the same person they are fighting on the internet .
I loved the characters. I felt a chemistry between them even before any of it started.Even when they merely observed each other in the class.
And I could relate so well to Pepper, I was a lot like her at that age.
And Jack, god I love him!
Also this book has one of my favourite tropes, the anonymous online chat thing.I have already read a few books on this( simon is my favourite), and you would think I would be tired of it after all that but I just can’t seem to get enough of it.
And this book again manages to utilize this well, and so much that I want to read more books on the same.
I also liked how the story ends , tying all the loose ends in the process. My only complaint, the premise itself! It is a little unrealistic. Don’t get me wrong, I was very much intrigued by it and that is the reason I picked this book. But the coincidences are just a lot to take in.
Aside from that this book is perfect and definitely a tweet cute. It was exactly what I needed to read at the moment.
I would recommend it if you are looking for a feel good contemporary read.
